Ripoff misrepresented this entire business to me

Iboughta newspaper called lasvegas review journal in late october 05 and saw an ad in business opportunities. Local cash business invest $34,000 one time makes $2500 a week forever! I called that number viking vending and spoke to a man named david morris he told me a little bit about how the program works but he told me he wants me to talk to a man called bill harris so i did. Bill told me that if i purchased 200 units that i would make $12,000 a month based on the national average. Bill explained to me that viking vending is working with childsearch.org and that each candy/donation box would have a sticker of a missing child and bill told me that the way it works is that a professional locating company would come to las vegas to place the candy/donation boxes into prequalifed retailers. Bill hariss told me that i can purchase candy for my donation boxes at sams clubs and expect to pay $7.00 for a bag of candy and that the averagedonation would be 25 cents. Bill explained to me that the charitty boxes will be open on the bottom with no lock so people would see the sticker of missing child and put 25 cents for a piece of candy. Bill explained to me that occasionally peolple will take candy with out paying for it. Bill told me that the holidays are right around the corner and that some of his clients that have purchased these honor boxes during the holiday season have made there initial deposit back. None of the above has ever come true there are more people taking candy then paying for it. I originaly thought that it was the locations but now finding out that where ever these units are placed that there are more people taking candy without paying. So finding out that no matter how much time and effort that you put into this if it does not work than it does not work. Viking vending tells me it takes time to build the route up and maybe i do not have that time. But you cant hide behind the true facts. You can work at this around the clock and still the same outcome. I have asked bill hariss to have the owner marilyn hall call me on the phone but every time i call they say that she is at the hospital visiting her mother. I also have tried to have the owner of the locating company call me but refuses to talk to me. So i am now talking to other agencies to find out if vikingfiled the required paperwork and full pre-disclosures. I have faxed a letter to viking requesting a refund.
