I entered into a trial membership for a sample of a face cream and only had to pay $3.49 for shipping and handling. The company did not send the cream within the two week trial period. On their website, they say to cancel the autoship within the two weeks by using the cancellation form on the site. I tried to, but the form did not work, emailling was a waste of time and they did not answer their phone.

After the two weeks, they charged my debit card $78.95 and then sent me the cream. I had to cancel that debit card at my bank and get a new one. I contacted the Better Business Bureau and they are looking into the incident.

I want a refund but I know that Wellfx ran off with my money.
