Collection From Unknown Lender With Fingerhut Address, Not My Account

This company showed up on my credit report original creditor cashloan team. I never had a loan with that company and jefferson capitol never called me send me letter or anything and their address belongs to fingerhut which I don't have an account with either. In fact it says I opened an account in 12/05 I checked my bank statements there have never been any deposits or transactions made. Experian keeps saying its been verified I think that's interesting since there is no phone number or correct address on this collection agency.
