I signed up for what this company said was a free trial offer for $4.87. This was Supposed to be a 7 day free trial. Six days later I found out that it was/is anything but.

Before this supposed free trial even expired my bank account was charged $69.95 for a 60 day supply of this product plus $15.95 for shipping of this product with a promise to also charge my account an additional $74.95 in 30 days. Sweet huh? NOT! These unauthorized and unexpected charges to my account caused me overdraft fees and other bills going through not to be paid.

I tried calling them several times and they were so unhelpful it wasn't even funny. Not like it was before anyways. My emails also got no response either. Not surprising in the least. Spoke to them for the last time this afternoon at approximately 12:30 P.M. Spoke to Sarah Fainz or at least some person calling herself by that name. Her ID was/is #2342. She told me that I had called up about a week ago and canceled my membership and was told to keep the product that I had been sent and no further charges would be put towards my account.

NOT SO! When she was told this she got very defensive, and when I was quoting their terms and conditions is when she got further upset and hung up on me.

I called my bank after this and was told to come in. I filled out a form for them and was told that they would look into it and in a few days my money would be put back into my account and then they would go after this company.

It's also very strange that the fulfillment/shipping center they supposedly use has the very same address as this company. It's so sad that people feel that they have to scam people out of their hard earned money. They should get real jobs.
