When I ordered the info kit from E-ProAuction I was unaware of any attached free-trial promos. I did, however, after receiving the info kit go to the E-ProAuction site. It was not a fit for me both in its set up or its monthly fee. As a disabled widow I am on a very limited income. I called the office in Orem, UT @ 3:20 pm CST on 22 Feb @1-800-530-3813. I spoke to Andrew. AT THAT TIME I CANCELLED all association with the company. I made it very clear. I confirmed with him three (3) times before I hung up that there were NO CHARGES on my debit card at that time and there would be NONE in the future.

I received the "free kit", viewed the website, and cancelled by phone, in good faith. I have now been debited 3x's by this fraudulent company. ALL were unauthorized debits. The 1st UNAUTHORIZED DEBIT (02/27/06,5 days after I cancelled!) came to my attention when I received notice of a $25.00 overdraft charge. Unfortunately, I assumed I'd forgotten to enter a debit in my ledger. The 2nd unauthorized debit (13 Mar — only 14 days later, inclusive) was not discovered until I returned home from out of town to find another $25 overdraft charge. Speaking with my banker on 06 April revealed a 3rd unauthorized debit had occurred on 03 Apr — only 22 days, inclusive, after the 2nd UNAUTHORIZED DEBIT.

Additionally, according to the page titled E-Pro Auction Software in the Success Kit folder, I was supposed to be charged only $29.95 per month if I chose to participate. I did not. Quote: And, one of the best parts about our new software - even with all these features, we have still managed to keep our software VERY simple and easy to use. You have a 14-Day Free Trial to the E-Pro Auction Software.in addition all Success Kit recipients we are offering our ongoing monthly fee at only $29.95 per month. That is 30% off the normal monthly rate. So, not only did E-ProAuction make three (3) unauthorized debits on my bank account for a program that I had cancelled within the 14-day period but also overcharged that same fee.

On 06 Apr I spoke with Jason. Basically, I was told my last debit of $49.95 on 03 Apr would be refunded but tough luck on the rest of it. It cost me two $25 OD charges at my bank in addition to the 3 UNAUTHORIZED $49.95 debits by E-Pro Auction. All 3 took place in a 36-day period that timing alone indicates fraudulent behavior!!!

In short, E-ProAuction's scam me has cost me $199.85 in 36 days. ($49.95 in unauthorized debits & $50.00 in OD charges). Also, the promised $49.95 refund that was supposed to happen in two weeks has still, as of this day (05-08-06) has not happened.

My opinion, based on experience, is that E-ProAuction is nothing more than a company of thieves, liars, and scam artists.
