In dec i went into cash issues and maynot spend my home cost and so I waited till I acquired my fees in february. To capture it-up. I set $1340 within the lender and had Ocwen pace spend it nicely we named them-and they stated yes we've it and everything is okay. Two monthes later i obtain a forcloser notice stating these were likely to forclose on my home. They explained the financial institution declined cost. After I named the financial institution they stated under no surcimstances did anybody reject the cost. They stated that ocwen never attempted to draw the cash from the consideration today the $1340 has converted into over $3000 and today I acquired a notice in the courtroom stating that my home has been forclosed on today ocwen wishes me to signal a forbearance arrangement together and today my payment per month may leap from $511 to nearly $700 so what can I actually do?
