Larry Vargas DBA Top Choice Events ripoff, took over $3300 worth of product and has not paid one penny!

After having done business together for over 6 months he asked if he could buy the rest of my inventory at a discounted price. After much negotiation we agreed on a price and he took the product.

I gave him that product knowing that I would now be able to purchase even more product at a cheaper price, which would keep my business going. I have not seen one penny and now have no product to sell and cannot purchase any until I see the money. He has told me lies upon lies, including a family member dying! Terrible lies.

I have heard enough.
