Ken Prefling - Preferred Marketing - Sandy McCle RIPOFF THEY DON'T REFUND FEE AFTER CONTRACTED AGREEMENT IS SIGNED BY CLIENTS

On January 18, I found an ad in my local newspaper for employment at Lynnes Nissan of Bloomfield, NJ, and after visiting and being interviewed by MR. KEN PREFLING, I was told that he was teaching a two day training for the car salesperson position. On January 19, I attended the first day of training, and MR PREFLING told the class that there was a fee for the training and lifetime placement, in the amount of $589, to be paid by cash or money order, and a contract that we had to sign stating that the amount would be refunded after THREE MONTHS.

Even though Mr. Prefling assured the class that all 8 of us would be hired, Lynnes Nissan only hired 3 people from the class. We all were given the phone number to the placement director of the company, SANDY McCELLUND, in which I contacted for more interviews at other car dealerships. After two unsuccesful attempts at gaining employment, I did however, gain employment in another field.

By April 20, exactly three months after I gave up the $589, I immediately called SANDY McCELLUND to find out exactly when my money was going to be sent to me. She told me that she would have MR. PREFLING call me with that info. When I didn't receive the call, I call her again. On April 25, I called SANDY McCLELLUND again, and again she could not give me any straight answers, except that MR. KEN PREFLING would call me with the info.

I still have not received a call from KEN PREFLING or SANDY McCLELLUND or a dime of my hard earned money. They have contact information and it has not changed.
