Ripoff charging me 106.90 after stating its only 3.90 have charged me twice even after i cancled the orde

This company has riped me off for $213.80 by charging me 106.90 for their producet when their add said it only cost $3.80.

I have written to them asking them to cancle the order but they have charged me a second time.

What can i do to stop them from drawing funds from my account? And get them to cancle the order and remburse me for the oevrpayments they received.
