Ripoff Slow in refunding, if it will be done at all

In their brochure, MagicKids says that within 30 days after you receive the package, you decide this is not the business for you, they will refund my money minus shipping & handling, i.E. $147.

I received the package on April 10, and on April 14 I returned everything to them. It has been 3 weeks now, and I think I should have received a refund by now. I emailed them through their website 4 days ago, and there was no reply.
