No pmt received from mail in date of 12-05. No way to check online status because the rebate was not filed online. No way to check status by phone either because rebate was mailed in without email address.

Many email response from them why it was not paid, first that they do not have the info, then that it was not sent in on time, then claim that it is invalid because it was not filed online.

Form CLEARLY states two methods to claim, online or by mail.

I have never experienced such a brazen, in your face scam not to pay.
