Irfan Karakus ripoff bought brand new pedicabs got old pedicabs he wont exchange them

I bought and paid for 2 brand new pedicabs. When they were shipped to me they were used and damaged. Lights did not work. They were junk.

The company wants me to buy a new one at a discounted price. I want the two pedicabs I paid for. They promised me 2 new bikes free of defects and I should get them.

I have emails saying he fired the employee and alll receipts saying I should have new pedicabs but he won't ship my new bikes.
