Ripoff liars, credit card scam, dishonest ethics, need to be shut-down!

I was sent mail by etpplus offering me a visa card. They debited my checking account for $119.00. They sent me a welcoming kit in this was a letter welcoming me to the company. Also to offers one offer was to finance a computer. I forget now what the other offer was for. Still no credit card. Called number they supplied for customer service, always busy. I could call any time day or night, still busy wrote to them and letter sent back to me. It had been opened and resealed and stamped wrong address. This was in 3/04/02
