Charge me twice, over $350! It's a SCAM! Ripoff

April 15 Saturday, I called the number on the screen to order the power storm vacuum, it wasnt a live person but I continued to process my order. I was convinced to order because I thought it was cheap, only 3 easy payments of $19.95. I gave my credit card number over the phone, but since the automated thing kept asking too much question, I hang-up the phone, so I expected that no transaction should happen since I discontinue it and did not confirm the order. Same day I tried to check online and found their website (I wished I saw this forum first) I ordered online with upgrades and only ordered 1 vacuum with 3 easy payments of $19.95. I thought I would only pay 19.95 plus S/H plus warranty and upgrade addtl. Of $55. But on the confirmation page it says my bill is $162.83. So I said, I'll just call them up on Monday April 17. So, I called them up on Monday and left a message, then called them up on Tuesday and left a message again, still no response from them. On Tuesday, April 18, I checked my credit card and I was surprised to find out that they have immediately charged me! And they have charged me twice! April 17 a charge of $122.93 and April 18 a charge of $223.08. So I called them again and left a message, finally I got a call back from them and they said that they already shipped it and can't cancel them anymore! Amazing! They can ship it right away but they don't have time to answer their calls. So the Lady told me to just refuse it when the 2 shipment arrives. She gave me a phony tracking number for USPS! I called them up again and left a message but have not responded to my call anymore... Until I found this website about the complaints, and one of the post here was their customer service number. So called the 1-800-711-8357 and I was able to actually talk to a live person! She knew all about my transaction and I asked her very nicely for her help so I can cancel my order, but she yelled at me and told me that I already purchased it and then she hang-up the phone at me! I was so upset, so I just called Capital One and made a dispute of the charges they made! I just hope they will return the money. I'm not the one who pays for my credit card that's why I'm in deep trouble! Who ever can help me with this, I would really appreciate it so much.
