Unethical Billing that caused overdrafts to my account, no regard for the customer, ripoff

Mr. Bermans' company advertises with spam quite often, even when requesting that he not do so. He advertised that he would send a CD and Book for under $5 and did not disclose that there would be an attachment of another $99.00 within 30 days of shipment.

Obviously he pulled my cards just previous to a deposit, and this caused my accounts to be short $180. I did not have full disclosure on his drafting $100 more from me, and I even so, I did not think he would do this prematurely before the 30 days.

His company obviously does this from possibly 'many' constituents... And he profits unfairly from this activity. How can one review a product for a nominal fee and then be charged prematurely. Give people a full 30 days from time of receiving product.
