Ripoff

I am writing to let you know how this same thing effected me. I can't believe I found others this happened too. I am in the same boat, I was given the same offer as you and agreed to this only for a charge of 4.95 and that would be it. Well a couple day later I checked my account and they had debited $159.00 and $139.00 from my account without my permission. Then RTS took 4.95 twice out of my account so now I am -443.00 in my account.

Well I have called everyday since March 27 and they just kept telling me the same thing everyday and giving me the run around. They even told me there was no one else I could talk too or another number to the refund dept. Well its been now officially a month and still they tell me the same thing over again.

Well yesterday I threatned to get a lawyer and she gave me the number to the Refund Dept. After a month of them telling me there was no one else for me to talk too, isn't that funny. Well after all I've done for them which I just don't have time to tell you all they've made me do I finally talk to someone today and she garanteed my refund by tuesday of next week.

Whether or not it will happen we'll find out but my bank told me today that if they don't I am too go file a police report and get an affidavit and I will recieve my money no matter what! It's bad that after all that time I had to threatned to sue them and get a lawyer they got scared. That just shows they have things to hide and that they are a big scam I have a lot more info about this but not enough time to write it down.

Maybe I know something you can do that they didn't tell you, its amazing what all I've been through with them but I will let you know Wednesday if I recieve my refund or not if not I need to get a lawyer and I'll get more than just my refund.
