Pavilion Capital Group
Will NOT give you what you agree to in your mortgage

We chose Dave Musk with Pavilion Capital Group (pavilion mortgage) to do our mortgage. He will send you all kinds of crap on how wonderful he is. Unforutnately he will not give you what he promises to.

He promised us $10,000.00 on top of our original mortgage (we were re-financing) for home improvements. He had us send in "originals" of the required paperwork (refused to take copies).

He basically played with us so long (that we no longer had a chioce but to take whatever he offered), made every excuse in the book as to why things were not done when he "promised" they would be. Made 3 appointments with the local title company, told us they kept screwing up, when in all reality, he was the one not doing his job.

Dave promised that we would not be paying a fee to him, since everything was such a mess and there were so many hassles. Well, he lied to us Big Time. Not only did we pay him a big fee, but when it was time to sign the mortgage, we only got $900.00—out of $10,000.00! Quite the profit on his side.

Now, a year and a half later, he still refuses to return our documents. We have filed a complaint against him as he is the true meaning of a "rip off artist". He also put a 'hidden clause' in ourpaperwork saying that we cannot refinance with anyone else for a minimum of 2 years without paying $5,000.00 penalty to him.

Please Please Please don't do business with this man or this company. Don't get taken for a ride like we did.
