Ripoff unauthorized withdrawal of monthly membership to my bank account

Sometimes in June of i have purchased a ticket from ticketmaster to watch a show (Engelbert Humperdink) at Pala Casino. I just realized today that this is where the problem started.
Entertainment rewards has been taking $7.00 automatically from my bank account and i have never sign a membership with them or authorized them to do so. I went to my bank and made a complaint about it but they couldn't help instead i was told to cancel my account and open a new one. What should i do to stop this. I tried to call the company but i was just listening to the repeat recording for 45 minutes.
