Promise of cheap goods to resell on ebay or store, scammed me for $1662, ripoff

I recieved an e-mail on 04/12 around 2:50p. M from a ms. Doris bona that she run an small IT business in Italy. She stated that she was looking to expand her business in the USA. She stated the she had items at a wholesale price that I could purchase to resell or ebay or a local store.

I checked out the site itmediatech.com and was impressed with the prices of the items. I placed an order (mininum order is $1500. Once I placed the order, I received an e-mail confirming the items I had purchased. She then went on to say that I needed to send the money via western union if $1500 or more or send it via bank to bank account if money exceeded $5000.

I placed an order that came to about $1542 and $120 for UPS shipping. She gave me the information needed to make the transfer via e-mail. I did the wire transfer the same dat and contacted her with the MTN# as requested. She advised me that my order would be shipped the following morning and she would provide me with an tracking#.

The next morning I receieved no e-mail. I contacted her and she advised me that there was a problem with an previous order and that my order had been delayed until the next morning. I was quite upset and concerned, at the time the money had not been picked up yet. She kept reassuring me that she would not pick up the money until she had provided me with a tracking#.

Today 04/14/06 around 9:51A.M. I received an email from western union that my money had been picked up. There was no email from Ms. Bona. I e-mail her several times requesting the status of my order and the tracking #. Ms. Doris Bona has not contacted me yet.

I have placed another order using a different e-mail and contact info and she has responded to those e-mail (I guess thinking that I was a different person.) This has confirmed my suspision that this business operation is a fraud.
