Mywebwholesaler ripoff scam for $3600

I made a purchase on March 27th invoice # 7304 for the amount of 3730.00 usd. I purchased New Citizen of Humanity Jeans, 72 pairs.

I called lisa on her personal cell phone she told me a crazy story about mywebwholesaler loosing $700,000, that we would have to wait till they were reimbursed their money then I could get mine. Well that order was long ordered before I sent the cash, meaning that she had my cash still in her bank, but she refused to issue me a refund!

This company is a scam, if any litigation is pending, or I can get on a list, if and when her stock or cash is liquidated I would like to have the chance to see some cash back!

If there is a litigation pending and your reading this call me right away, any info would be appreciated.
