Fraud! Took my money and had no goods or refund to offer!

I ordered a lot of Citizen of Humanity jeans from "My Web Wholesaler" on 3/28/06. I am a small eBay seller and had never ordered from the company before, so they advised I would have to bank wire the funds. On 4/5/06 I phoned to check the status of the order and they gave me a line about the jeans being seconds, having to return them, and then they would refund me. They further advised they were scammed by an electronics vendor which caused them some problems.
I was advised they did not have my money or my goods. They are now "no longer in business" and I have been scammed out of $2654. If anyone has any further information on action against this company, please contact me!
Do not do business with them in any way.
