USCM stole my money and I ended with more debt than when I started! Ripoff

When I startecd with USCM, in 12/03, I was paying a monthyly amount so that I would have my debts eliminated in 3 years as promised.in the two years of automatic withdrawls from my account, one of my creditors took me to court, USCM was not paying anything nor had they made any attempts to do so. I was bounced around through 6 representatives throughout this time. No one cared for my file, I was put aside for months at a time. I paid out 5000 dollars in two years, they kept a 2500 fee (for doing absolutley nothing) and when I requested my money back in writing, plus money accured in interest for the two years with my creditors, I never once got a reply. I started with 13k in debt, thought I was doing a good thing, and had not used a credit card since 03, but I paid 5000, lost that, and with interest on my credit accounts, my 13k went to more than 21k in two years. I don't know what to do. Now I am considering bankruptsy.
Does anyone in Colorado want to join me in a suite against them and combine fees to have this done! Does anyone have any ideas of what I can do? I know there was one class action law suit back in Nov, 05, but can another one be started if many of us get together and fight for our money? Please contact me!
