I recived a letter in the mail saying that i was a confirmed winner of $3,341, 006.00 and i was officially sworn to secrecy. I was told not to tell anyone. It told to to send $20.00 in hte form of CASH, check or money order to "LVAAP". There was no e-mail address or phone number. It just isnt right to get peoples hopes up to be able to pay their bills or health costs just to find out you were in a scam. People everyday pray for a miracle and then some dead beat comes along claiming to be your savior comes and takes it away.
