Of the many (9) Mortgage Companies I have had in my life, ONLY Homecomings Financial has stooped to fraud, attempted threats and "Paper Tiger" Intimidation attempts. I encourage everyone to take them to Court. They Cannot win. They entered an agreement to allow us to deter a payment as my Wife was dying of stage 4 Lymphoma Cancer and Heart Failure. They then said "two months is ok. With no late credit reports. They did this and "deleted " the two late payments and I repaid them. A wek later they sent me papers w / no warning my house "was in forfeiture!" However, after headaches, repeated lies and denials on their side. Taped recordings of Lenora Hopkins in Pa. And Joe, Meigan Ferguson, and Jarret all from the main site had littl red faces. Courtrooms, Law and Integrity are not strong points of Homecoming Financial. They (Homecomings Financial) also "forgot to turn over to my Insurance ACompanies 12 Months of premiums 5, so my Insurance was revoked, it still is and we had to settle for less coverage. We should all sign legal Petitions / class action suits and have them "ran out of Texas!"
