Charles Manager On Duty had my information by unknown sources liars Somewhere In 727 ripoff

I got a call tonite from (727) 6831124 and almost did not answer. But I'm very irritated by telemarketers so I decided to answer to ask them to remove my name and number from their mailing list.

The first words out of the representatives mouth happened to be my wifes name. This csr's name was pam I told her that I was her husband. She responded "I must have the wrong number" and hung up..

So I called back (long distance mind you) and was dissconnected by another rude csr. So I called back AGAIN and spoke to a gentleman who semmed TOO eager to help and tried to deny my request to speak with a supervisor but finally gave in.

The sup's name was charles and informed me that he was the promotions manager in that dept in florida. I asked him what kind of business this company had with my wife. He said he'd like to give her $100 in free gas 2 airline tickets and other various "prizes" for purchasing "something" via checking account in the past year.

Funny thing neither of us have one! Or have had one in the past two years. Yet he knew my present address which I have just moved three months ago. On top of that he also stated that my wife had to have purchased this "thing" with her current name. Yet we've only been married since november.

He also told me that there is no other way that this company could have gotten my info, he also gave me the # to cust. Service which is 18008529982. But it was closed. I'm still investigating this, but if anyone has any info or advise please
