Ripoff mail scam

I received a postcard, personalized to me, stating "We are trying to reach you with Good News! It is real important that you call Toll Free 1-800-745-5757 Thanks Debbie Peti Call 10 am to 8:30 pm EST Monday thru Friday" There is a control number on this side and on the address side just under the return address. It's very 'cute' and uses a font that simulates handwriting so it looks even more personalized.

Thought about calling the number but since I've never heard of CRCOC, decided to look the phone number up in google - and found it here! So, I won't be calling since it sounds like a sales pitch disguised as a 'sweepstakes' entry.
