Ripoff Misleading and not delivering on our contract. Over - Billing... And Much More

I will not bore you with the name calling. That is only because I have used up every name that I know.

N.L.S. (Northern Leasing Systems) first called me telling me that the company I had just bought into asked N.L.S. To give me a call. I signed a contract with N.L.S. I would pay $50 a month for two years to lease a credit card swipping machine. I never received the credit card machine. After six payments I thought it only fair to stop the whole deal with N.L.S.

I called and wrote letters to inform N.L.S. Of this. They told me to go to a certain web site and I could use my computer to run credit card checks at the site. This was not the term laid out in our contract. Needless to say N.L.S. Wanted me to honor the contract. Oh, by the way they did send me two rolls of cash register paper and a couple of magnetic credit card displays.

Before I knew it N.L.S. Took me to small claims court in New York City. I lost the case because I could not make such a trip.

I have worked very hard to put my credit in good shape, and keep it there. N.L.S. I believe, has a couple of very close "buddys" at the credit bureau and at the court house. I have no idea why or how they can keep getting away with this. I am scheduled to go to court in my state with this matter. When N.L.S. Was served they quickly sent me a new bill and doubled the amount that they said I still owed them.

I will never ever ever give them another penny for something I did not recieve. You can take THAT to the bank Lou...
