Enhanced Services - Voice express
Ripoff billed me when I never authorized let alone heard of them! Clearwater Florida

Was very surprised and angered to receive an authorized charge on my home telephone number from a company that I had never heard of nor authorized. No address nor no web address was included, just an 800 # I called that was out of service for several calls. Then finally answered by someone who wouldn't give me a name or physical address or explanation and referred me back "to the phone company!"

I don't have Internet at home. I've never heard of Enhanced Services - Voiceexpress, I never authorized it, I don't know what it is beyond that they are putting unauthorized charges to my home telephone number and have refused to immediately cease & desist as I instructed them to!
