Intent to ripoff

Education & Science

Received by mail that I won 3 million. After reading fine print, a $20.00 fee was necessary. That's when I got on the internet to look them up. Sure enough, there they were on the consumer complaints. I about had a heart attack thinking I had won 3 million. I'm retired, living on SS and that would have been a dream come true. Good thing I read the fine print. Put these sick theives out of business, please.

So many old (or young) people would not read the fine print and can't afford to lose even $20.00. This slick fraudulent practice must be stopped.
