Troy claims to be a respected special makeup and effects artist for movies.
His birthdate is October 21,1970, and he is half Native-American (Oneida Tribe.)
He is from the Green Bay, WI area, but has recently spent most of his time in California.
He usually wears glasses.

Troy soaked me out of about $2,000 in four months. He illegally misrepresented his ability to repay the money I loaned to him, and he used my calling card extensively without my permission. I also provided him with a place to live and groceries for two months. I kicked him out of my apartment on April 26, after I had discovered his fraud.

I am a smart woman who is usually a good judge of character. His lies are intricately woven and well-tended by him. He is particularly charming and gives the impression of being extremely caring.

However, Troy is a sociopath. He was ruthless in absorbing money and sympathy from me, during a time in which I was dealing with the very real deaths of my favorite aunt and my cat.
