A couple of months ago, we tried to use Vonage. No luck as we were on a plain wireless internet.

Well, now we are on highspeed and decided, give em a try again. Boy were we wrong. They were going to reconfigure the old router, which every time I called there was a problem. Finally they told me that it would be 24-72 hours and it would be in working order, again they lied!

Called them today (3/29) and I tried to make sure that it was not me, that I was not doing something wrong. I was all fine. I decided that I want to cancell and I am doing so in my 30 days. They only wanted to refund me a portion of what I paid upfront. I paid almost $95, and I got a $9.95 credit as I already had the other router.

The guy was arguing with me and telling me that I had a router from them recently. All could be refunded except for $41. My husband told them that he would not stand for it and he wanted all of his money back. They really tried to pull one over on us.

We never asked for the new router that is coming, so I feel that there should not be a charge on my end nor wait for all the money. Watch out for them, sneaky! If they got $10 a day out of each person, figure what that might add up to. That is why we are here working hard for our money and if you are a business owner like me, working 17-20 hrs a day. Otherwise, I could do like Vonage, but I could not live with myself.
