Ripoff company and patents

I am an inventor of many new and useful innovations.

My purpose of writing you today is to ask your opinion of a very important matter.

After working diligently on my first creation for 10 years, I had to sacrifice my controlling interest, to see my baby grow-up and become something in life.
One year later. I lost all equity (over 2 million dollars) and the patent.

This Shark basically ran it in the ground with severe mis-management and ended up selling it to himself (He is the only former shareholder with any rights to the patent and other assets)! All 25 previous shareholders including myself lost everything invested!

My atty quit the day before the trial (probably paid-off) and now no other attorney is willing to take the case, for why would a competent atty bail-out?

I have postponed the hearing scheduled for the end of next week or must appear without counsel.

I have 5 small children at home presently and have been financially devastated by his actions.
