This is the problem that lots of people are having with Anderson Crenshaw in reference to Protect America. Now it goes as far as them telling my daughter that she has a dead beat dad not paying his bills, and was suprised that I provided a roof over her head and food in her stomach.

2 months prior to our contract being up with Protect America, we called and cancelled because of renovations that were taking place in our home. It also was apperent that the alarm systm was not working because I had removed it from wall and the in house alarm went off, but Protect America didnt even call us to see if we were being broken into or fire.

So we felt that the system was no longer needed and cancelled 2 months prior to 2 year contract being up. The next couple months went by and the wife had notivced that the monies were still being removed as an automitc draft out of aour checking account. I went to bank to stop payment and did. Thats when the trouble started.

Anyone seeking a suit needs to contact me, I have retained an attorney local here in south carolina and we are filing suit.
