Ticket scam. Selling, Charging for Bogus Tickets That Do NOT Exist

I ordered 10 tickets ($600 worth) from Tickets-My-Way, on March 3 an Oakland A's game on 3/24/06, Phoenix, AZ. The tickets were for the president of our company and 9 of our biggest clients (who all flew in from out of state).

I recv'd a confirmation and invoice the next day (3/4/06). I called them shortly thereafter to inquire when tix would be released. I spoke to man who told me not to worry, that they would send to me as soon as soon as possible. We waited patiently.

We still had not received a week before event, so I called on 3/17/04 (Fri) & spoke to a gentleman who said they were getting the tix in that night and I should receive on Monday 3/20. No tix showed up on Mon., 3/20. I called and spoke to another man who said tix didn't arrive last week, but would be in that night and expedited to us for 3/21. I also contacted James via Online Live Chat and he told me the same thing. I have this communication printed out via "print screen" as proof.

I never received on 3/21 but I did receive an email at 1:30 pm stating that Ticketmaster had cancelled Tickets-My-Way's order, reserved for us - BUT that they had even better seats for the same event and I needed to contact them ASAP. They also stated that the email was their 3rd attempt to contact me that day (Which was an OUTRIGHT LIE!). If I didn't contact them within 24 hours my order would be cancelled and we would lose our service charge fee (over $100.)

I called them multiple times, emailed them and tried on line help as soon as I received that message. I waited on line for ONE HR. & 23 MINS! I was on hold for so long that they closed their office and I didn't know until I tried to call them on another phone line and I recv'd the msg that they were closed. I then called Ticketmaster and spoke to Daisy. She told me that they NEVER had those tickets and therefore they couldn't have been for sale. They weren't even in her system.

Now all day today I've tried EVERY SINLGE WAY to contact them, short of flying their office. Of course, I keep getting the message that they are closed and will be open Mon-Fri, 7 am to 3 pm??? Funny, because today is Wednesday and I've tried them about 15 times and they're closed. They should be open. Could they be avoiding the angry customers they've scammed?

Tickets-My-Way AKA Headliner Tickets: Stealing, lying and knowingly hurting others is reprehensible and disgusting. All I have to say to you is 1) We've contacted our corporate attorney 2) We've notified our credit card co. Of the dispute 3) Karma is a powerful thing. People who knowing hurt others are due to get a thump on the head by the Universe... Losers.
