If you go to a website, they trick you into registering. I haven't even figured out how, yet), and then they charge you monthly until you figure it out. Ripoff

If you go to a website, they trick you into registering (I haven't even figured out how, yet), and then they charge you monthly until you figure it out. I had my credit card stolen, and reported it lost. They don't have my name in the system (but somehow they have my credit card #!!), so they refused to help me further until I get my old credit card # to give them.

This company is a scam. They say I signed up for their service by visiting a website, but I have never done this. I never sign up for any services via a website, and they are now saying that my name isn't in the database, but that they are able to somehow charge me $9.00 a month for the rest of my life for absolutely nothing. The customer service people laugh when you call, because they clearly know it's a scam.
Report them!!
