Ripped Disabled off and now no money

We got a card in the mail and we called, we thought it was our dream of help they took our $289.00 and sent us out papers in Dec. For us to sign I returned them and they received them dec. 15. I called again in Jan. 2006 They told me that I would receive some more papers Feb. 15th, Feb. 15th came and gone, I called them again Feb. 28th and they told me that since I didn't receive the paperwork they would send out another bunch, I told them no more paperwork I wanted my money I was told there were no refunds. So I wrote a letter to the company certified March 4th demanding my money. Since then I have called them every day and I get the recording that the office is closed until 9am to 5 pm I have called all different times. Thats when I decided to write to rip-off and BBB all I want is our money back. Can you help
