Fraudulent ripoff business

I recently bought a new motorcycle with my kawasaki card. I charged 7900.00 to the card which had a prior balance of 2100.00. When i contacted them and asked them if i could pay off some of the principle amount for the motorcycle purchase they told me i couldn't. So, in order for me to get the title of ownership i would have to pay my balance in full. This makes no sense. Multiple phone calls only result in more headache and frustration and even when u speak nicely to the ppl working there, they are still rude. It can't be legal for them to do what they're doing. I plan i getting in touch with the BBB. If any1 has any advice i would appreciate it. I will never do business with HRS again or any store that uses them. So far i have cancelled my best buy, levitz, office depot cards and i'm watching out for more stores that use HRS. We are the only ones that can stop these ppl from doing this to us.
