Ripoff

I was billed $121.50 on my phone bill while I have been in on active duty in Iraq. I did not sign up for this but they tell me I have to pay it because the person listed as signing up for this service shows as they recieved mail at my address from the post office. It is a total rip off becuse the person ordering the service never recieves a bill only the person listed on the phone bill which is me. I was not even in county nor did I know what this billing was until came home and revied my bills. They refused to send me a hard copy of this application stating that they are an online company only. They say you get a 1,000.00 in copons which no one has ever seen and provide some kind of 1800 phone message system. No one in my house knows about this service. What a way to come home too. Oh they said they would refund me 1/3 of the charges that I did not order. But why should I pay for something I did not order at all. RipOff big time. You also do not have anyway to block this from your phone billing. Surfers beware. Site is located from Eztracks some kind of music downloading site. Stay away from this site unless you want to be charged on you phone bill.
