Paid for product, only to be told by Collections I owe more money, then what the product cost ripoff

Over a year ago In California I purchased the Klear Action Whitening Light from the informercial. I was told my order wasnt processed due to cc decline. I moved here to Virginia Beach forgot all about the product, since I assumed due to cc decline I wouldn't receive the product.

Few months went by and I was sent the product in the mail. I checked my cc statement and it showed the purchase for the product. Now months after that I get a notice from a collections agency that says I owe them $69.95. I checked the website and saw that the product cost $39.95 and with shipping and handeling it comes to $49.90.

I called the collections agency SKO BRENNER AMERICAN, INC. And was told that I do owe that amount because the total amount of the product was around $130. And they only recieived one of my installment payments. I told the rude collections agent that in no way was I told that it cost that much, if I had I wouldnt have ordered it. I told him this was fraud and he asked me why I thought that, then had the nerve to say "that's the beauty of buying from an informercial". On the website they do allow you to pay in installments but one would be for around $23 and the other around $19. I'm not great at math but Im sure thats no where near $130 dollars.
