I had the same problem with this company. I ordered the vacuum, and only the vacuum and chose their 3 easy payments of $29.95, two days later my account was charged $201.00. I immediately called my bank to dispute the charge. After multiple attempts of trying to reach this company and remaining on hold for over two hours, only to be hung up on, I finally reached customer service. An extremely rude lady told me my order had been cancelled and hung up on me. I called back a month later, and was told that my credit card was credited on 1/06/06 (original transaction was November). My bank has been kind enough to issue me a courtesy credit, but they are having trouble getting my money back from them as well. This company needs to be taken out of business and reported to the Federal Reserve Board for illegal charges, of which I am filing a formal complaint in the US Federal Court against this company. Anyone interested in a class action lawsuit?
