Ripoff Watch out what day care's have to say to employee's and parents

I am writting due to the things that I have seen in day care's around Houston. I have been to a lot of them and I have listen to what the directors have to say about there school's. I don't take much for what they say. Watch what goes on with the teacher's and the directors. If they have a nice thing to say about that teacher and they don't introduce you to them. Then may be there is a problem with the teacher and the the employer.

Ask about how many accident reports that they have a year. And also what are the children like in the classroom. If you have a child who is always having to be taken out of a classroom. And they have been done this more then once a day. Then the school should take in to consideration that maybe that child should not be there any more.

Also I want to let you know that working for school's and working long hrs can have a adverse reaction on the children.

But if you do not have the help you are suppose to have and the children are over the amount that you are suppose to have. Then expect the teacher not to all ways be happy. She is stressed out and over worked. This is not fair for the teacher.

Or the children in volved. You are suppose to have a safe enviorment for the chidren but they don't say anything safety for the teacher's. You don't get paid for the time over that you work. If you are working more then 8 hr's a day you are suppose to be paid. I have done this. And now Iam tired of it.

Neadless to say I have not left this place with a good repore with the person who owns it. I can say that I really do think that she needs to think more about her people then how much money can she make to make the house, car, a company.

I want my over time I worked 9 hr's and had a half hr. Off for lunch of which I didn't get to leave the room. Do to the fact that I had work to do like home work papers. Clean the lunch room. And answer the phone. So I do hope that some one can help me out with this problem. Thank you. The school is a good school. But they need to do more.
