Ripoff did not pay for coverage owed after fire

We were the victims of a house fire in july. Country mutual ins. Replaced the house then decided due to amount of inventory they would investigate the fire! The house that burnt was already gone and replaced. Due to 4 deaths in the family we had a lot of inventory. We were harrassed, treated like criminals and never paid. We have a lawyer now but even that money to hire one takes away from our kids and family! They dont care, i do have tapes of the harrassment, and the letters from the adjuster! Also harrassing to the wife, i guess this could all be considered sexual harrassment due to most of the negative comments made to and about her! Including she needed to join a group for overspenders! This is not their business! But i have contacted the media today and waiting for suite to be filed, i do not like paying the lawyer out of pocket but am desperate to settle this fast, my family is suffering for the insurance companys incompatance! We we are having to try to sell the new home in order to replace what we need! Thats how this company takes care of it s clients! By the way there was two different fire cheifs at the fire that wrote it up as electrical from the furnace room! But the company wants to say the wife started the fire due to the fact she refused to give the family names on a will! The family does not want involved! We do have the statement from the adjuster saying in writing! Since the wife refused to give names and addresses off the will, she must be guilty. I will post his letter after i give it to the media! They will get it this week! This company needs new adjusters and people that dont treat victims like criminals!!!
