Ripoff, Not what they advertised - download virus with program

I thought I was downloading a itunes current file and it turned out to be this mydownloading.com instead.
Now I cannot get a email through to them or log in to cancel and get my $39.41 refunded back to me.
I reported this to my bank also and tried to stop it as soon as the download finished and I realized I had just downloaded a ripoff with a virus!!! Help!!!
