LVLAAP Tried to rip me off, I DIDN'T GET SCAMMED!

I received a letter in the mail from LVAAP saying I had won $3,341, 006.00 but the catch (which I caught) was to send in $20.00 for report release. Common sense will tell you you DON'T send money for money WON. I signed the form, put a note on it and told them to deduct my $20.00 from the $3 million! I didn't get scammed!!
