Got another request for $20 today. This time it was NBPI in Las Vegas, NV. I sent the award info back to them along with a few choice messages. I also sent them the other part of the contest entry info in another envelope with some other choice phrases. Their address was the same as LVAAP - PO Box 98835, Las Vegas, NV 89195-0418.

Also, the phone number listed listed on the form was not working.
