Illegal practices ripoff

On April 4 I signed a lease agreement with Leasecomm. After going through paperwork I stumbled upon the fact that my lease was in fact over in 36 months, not 48. I contacted Leasecomm and asked why for the last 10 months did they illegally still withdraw money from my account every month. The first rep. Named Elizabeth asked me if I had received a letter about a buy out for $107.80 last April. No, I had not. I asked her where she sent it, she gave my old address, not my new one or PO Box which I mostly use. I asked her if the letter was returned to the company and she said yes but they made no attempt to forward it to the correct address.

This cost me hundreds of dollars on a machine that has been paid for times many times over. I asked to talk with the supervisor who's name is JoAnn. She was arrogant and rude and blamed it all on me for not receiving a letter. I have since contacted my bank and filed unauthorized withdrawal of funds on my account. I faxed a letter to leasecomm telling them they are no longer authorized to withdraw money from my account. They have been paid several times over.

With that they had the uncanning nerve to fax me back and told me I still owe them two more months until the next year end of less that they made up which will be April of this year and $114.79 for buyout. Have they lost their minds to think they can get away with this? I have never dealt with such a crooked company in my entire life. My attorney will have all the corespondence that has transpired with myself and this company. None of this would be going on had they had mailed a letter to the correct address.
