Las Vegas Nevada Actionablable Award Program ripoff

I got a letter in the mail about five months ago saying that I won an uncollected amount of $3,341, 006.00. Underneath my name were three other names that had collected their money. At the bottom of this letter it said to check either I have or I have not recieved any monies. I had to sign the letter and send $20 dollars in the prepaid envelope provided and that's what I did.

Now five months later, I have not recived a check, a response, nothing. Today I get the exact same letter in the mail wanting me to send $20 for an uncollected check for the same amount as the first one.
