When my husband David opened our Jan. 25 VERIZON phone bill, to his absolute dismay he found unauthorized charges to 1-900 numbers (and others) totalling $87.94
Neither of us had any contact with abovementioned companies and immediately got suspicious. Went online to do a background check on INTEGRETEL ET AL.
It was only when we happened upon your terrific site on GOOGLE, that we realized we not the only ones being scammed.

We are appalled at the fact that our local carrier, VERIZON, seems to be in collusion, fraudulently participating in this enterprise, as well.
These companies must be held to task by reporting them to the appropriate authorities, including:
MA. Dept. Of Telecommunications & Energy-Consumer Division, FCRA (Fair Credit Reporting Act), FCC, MA. Att'y General, CA. Att'y General, FTC, Chamber of Commerce of Greenfield, MA and also of San Jose, CA., our local newspapers and media.

This will be a huge task sending letters to each of the above and phone calls too. Plus letters to INTEGRETEL ET AL. Also. BUT IT MUST BE DONE.

The Greenfield Recorder, Town Crier (our local papers) and maybe even U.S. Today will be alerted to this scam, to protect other innocent citizens from these oppportunistic vultures.

Should these unwarranted charges continue in the future, we will have no alternative than to seek protection as afforded to us, by the courts.
In conclusion, we both wish to thank you sincerely, for posting your site on the internet, because it has assisted us greatly. A valuable tool and a wealth of knowledge.

On Mon. Feb. 27, we will begin the phonecalls. VERIZON will also be getting a call too. But I have no intention of calling INTEGRETEL ET AL. As I do not wish to speak to any arrogant, ignorant, surly, scam-artist representatives.
