Ripoff scam to get your money

On 2/18/06 as I was going through my mail and I noticed an envelope with huge bold letters saying something about a Nationally Recognized Sweepstakes Program. I continued to open the envelope and it stated that I had been computer matched as the winner of a "Guaranteed" $1,900, 000.00 as long as I signed this cheezy certificate with the attached 19.99. Yeah right, pay monney to win money!

I am so glad that I actually took time to research this letter I recieved. As a college student money doesn't come by easily and Im glad I just saved 20 bucks!
