For a price of 8995$ I was offered a complete product marketing service including but not limited to press releases, trade shows and manufacturers info.

I paid the money by credit card in June. All I have gotten thus far, was an inventors manual, a list of manufacturers adresses, a list of media adresses, And a dvd disc with some distorted info of my product.

When I tried to query progress on my project, I received an email telling me that the person responsible for my project has not been working for this company for the past five months. Yet he was the one who solicited my business and was responsible for taking my money.
